The Return Of Serve

04 January 2015 by John Debnam Stroke Gallery

Too many players use their normal swing pattern that they use in rallying a ball when they try to retun a serve.

But on the return you need a more compact racket movement to use the force of the ball coming at you- so a shorter racket movement.Below is a nice video explaining all this

Tenerife

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands, a Spanish archipelago situated 100 miles off the north west coast of West Africa.

There’s so much to do on this sun-kissed island. Whether it’s partying in the nightclubs and beaches of Playa De Las Americas, braving the cable car to the top of Mount Teide, or wandering the tranquil back streets of Garachico, there’s something for everyone.
