Advantages of taking the ball on the rise:

Take time away from your opponent.
Do not get pushed back and allow the ball to drop.

Tenerife

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands, a Spanish archipelago situated 100 miles off the north west coast of West Africa.

There’s so much to do on this sun-kissed island. Whether it’s partying in the nightclubs and beaches of Playa De Las Americas, braving the cable car to the top of Mount Teide, or wandering the tranquil back streets of Garachico, there’s something for everyone.
