The Forehand Volley..Do Not Turn So Much!

A very good video from Jeff Salzenstein about how LITTLE you need to turn on the forehand volley.

A very good practice you can do to help this, is with a friend, just toss a ball one to the other, and catch the ball in your right hand(if you are a lefty, then the left) and then catch in the other hand, as in the photo..make sure you step out

Tenerife

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands, a Spanish archipelago situated 100 miles off the north west coast of West Africa.

There’s so much to do on this sun-kissed island. Whether it’s partying in the nightclubs and beaches of Playa De Las Americas, braving the cable car to the top of Mount Teide, or wandering the tranquil back streets of Garachico, there’s something for everyone.
